Hilton debuts first Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand in Mainland China
Global accommodation business Hilton has introduced the beginning of its initial Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ hotels throughout Mainland China. One of the first properties to open is the 276-key Hilton Garden Inn Chongqing Yubei Central Park.
Many other properties following the brand-new company have also started their doors in main areas across the country, involving Chongqing, Sanya and Harbin.
Hilton released its Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand last year, established exclusively for the Mainland Chinese marketplace. It is going to use a renewed style and value upgrades over the recognized Garden Inn brand of accommodations.
“Targeting core urban centers and high-potential cultural and tourist destinations strengthens our network in China as we aim to offer ever a lot more company and leisure travellers,” claims Clarence Tan, senior vice president of advancement in the Asia Pacific at Hilton.
“The release of Hilton Garden Inn Gen A marks an amazing evolution of the label in China, directly responding to the growing needs of Chinese travellers,” claims Jenny Milos, vice president of company organization, suites and focused service in the Asia Pacific at Hilton.
Consisting of the recent openings, Hilton Garden Inn currently has more than 115 trading properties in China with other 185 in the pipeline. Internationally, there are greater than 1,000 properties within the Hilton Garden Inn brand spread throughout 64 countries.
“By creating spaces that mirror their values, style, and desire for comfort, balance, and connection, Gen A sets up a new specification for visitor journey in the upscale focused-service section,” she adds.
Hilton has also announced the signing of 19 new projects under the brand in places including Xining, Weihai, Changbai Mountain and Yiwu, accelerating its growth into key places and cultural tourism places.
